Daily care
Remove fresh marks with a soft cloth, warm water and a neutral cleaner. Rinse and dry the surface to prevent streaks.
Matt and textured finishes may need a slightly different technique; always check guidance for the specific material.
What to avoid
- Do not place cookware directly from the hob onto the surface.
- Do not use knives directly on the worktop.
- Avoid aggressive alkalis, hydrofluoric acid and unknown industrial chemicals.
- Do not apply excessive force to narrow areas around cut-outs.
Information for the owner
Provide the customer with the current care guide, the product code and the fabricator's contact details.
Photograph the completed surface at handover so future service queries can be assessed accurately.
