01

Start with the brief

Ask about the object, style, light, use, timescale and fabricator before discussing colour.

The answers usually reduce the range to a useful group of materials and patterns.

02

Four layers of display

  • Material: quartz or acrylic.
  • Visual character: solid, fine pattern or statement veining.
  • Physical samples in coherent palettes.
  • Full-slab and completed-project imagery.
03

Make the next step obvious

Every sample should lead to a product page, availability check, larger sample or fabricator contact.

Save the customer's shortlist and share it as links rather than relying on memory or photographs of loose samples.

Important: always check processing parameters, permitted loads and care requirements against current Primax documentation and the fabricator's instructions.
